(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media
Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. MangalKaarya.com is an advertising platform providing
targeted advertising services for matchmaking alliances and replacing the
traditional newspaper classified. The Site is for the personal use of
individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of
finding relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial
endeavours. The Site is a serious matchmaking platform for seeking a
life partner for marriage and is not a casual dating site. Access to the MangalKaarya.com website is free. However, we
offer Premium Memberships wherein one can promote his/her Profile. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your
use of our website located at https://www.mangalkaarya.com/ ("Site")
operated by Infipre IT Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we",
"our", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to
comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms,
please do not use the Site. 1. Eligibility 1.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site. 1.2 By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you
have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to
abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. 2. Registration 2.1 We expect that you would complete the online
registration process with fairness and honesty in furnishing true, accurate,
current, complete information and with providing recent photos of you which
will help you to meet your parameters. We expect you to read the relevant
column before keying in the details or selecting the option available or
uploading the photo. You are requested not to key in details of the profile in
a field other than the applicable field (including mentioning IDs of other
platforms/websites/Apps or repeating your details in another field, after
filling them once in the relevant fields or other photographs). In order to
serve you better if MK requires additional details you agree to provide it. 2.2. If at any point in time, MK comes to know or is so
informed by a third party or has reasons to believe that any information
provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be
untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, MK shall have full right to suspend or
terminate (without any notice) your MK membership and forfeit any amount paid
by you towards MK membership fee and refuse to provide MK service to you
thereafter. 2.3. MK also reserves the right to block the registration of
your profile on Website/App, if any, in the case of your contact details/links
being entered in irrelevant fields or if there are errors in any data entered
by the MK members in their profile. 2.4. You acknowledge and confirm that your registration with
MK and the usage of MK services is with the bonafide intention of marriage and
not otherwise. MK Membership is restricted strictly to the registered MK
individual member only. Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals
carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Members of MK and nor
use the MK Service or MK members data for any commercial purpose, and MK
reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these
obligations. 3. Use of the Site 3.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and
in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone
else's use of the Site. 3.2 You are responsible for all content that you upload,
post, email, or otherwise transmit via the Site. 3.3 You agree not to use the Site to:

any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your
affiliation with a person or entity.

responsible for your interactions with other users and that we are not
responsible or liable for any misconduct or harm arising from such
interactions. 8. Governing Law 8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Goa, India. 8.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of
the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa,
India. 9. Changes to Terms 9.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
